Welcome to my online CV - a digital snapshot of my 20 years experience as a strategy and transformation executive.
I partner with CEOs and executives to stabilise portfolios, cut through noise and drive the decisions and momentum that internal teams often struggle to create on their own.
I have 15 years of consulting and professional services experience, 7 years in internal transformation leadership roles and 10 years in non-executive director and board advisory positions. This blend gives me a rare end-to-end perspective across strategy, operating model design, portfolio and program delivery, and organisational change — informed by both leadership experience and deep consulting capability.
As an independent advisor, I bring senior executive capability without the overhead of a full-time role or a big-firm consulting team. Most of my work is short- to medium-term leadership or transformation engagements, with the flexibility to continue in an ongoing advisory capacity.
I dedicate 10–20% of my time to pro bono work through not-for-profit board roles as part of my commitment to giving back.
