I have eight years board and advisory experience across several organisations. ​
I love the dynamics of the board room and giving back to not-for profit organisations.  

I spend 10% + of my time doing not-for-profit pro-bono work to give back, primarily via board roles.

  • Founded in 2019, ‘The Nurtured Village’ has been forging communities in towns and cities around Australia in an effort to bring back the traditional village of support in early parenthood.

    An Australia wide charity dedicated to the prevention and advocacy of maternal mental health disorders by creating communities for mums.  

    I joined the board as the Chair to support their sustainable growth across Australia. 

  • The Change Management Institute is a global, independent, not-for-profit organisation set up to promote and develop the profession of change management internationally.

    My role on the global board included:

    • Set the strategic direction for the institute

    • End-to-end Director duties and responsibilities.

    • Oversight / accountable for the institute’s global standards.

    ​My role on the Australian national board included:

    • End-to-end Director duties and responsibilities.

    • Oversee the establishment of new chapters nationally and internationally.

    • Chair of the National Chapters Sub-Committee

  • The Brisbane Junior Chamber of Commerce has over a 40-year history of supporting young professionals to develop personally and professionally.

    My role included:

    • Oversight of governance functions, budget and events / services offered by the chamber.

    • Commenced as the Secretary and was later appointed as the Vice President.
