Employment Type & Availability

  • Jobs titles and job security is not important to me.  Interesting programs/ projects and the people I work with are much more important, which is why I love consulting. 

    I'm most interested in short to medium term consulting assignments, however will consider a longer term engagement for the right challenge. 

    I work directly through my own company (Transformational Success) and via reputable partners.

  • Due to my Non-Executive Director/Board commitments, I prefer 30 to 40 hours a week over 3 to 4 days a week. I'm open to working 5 days a week for short term consulting assignments.

    My availability varies from month to month. Please reach out to discuss. 

  • I'm based in Brisbane, however open to working with companies in other states. I'm able to do some travel, happy to work remotely and/or under a hybrid working arrangement.
